Li-fi Internet: Internet that is100 times faster than Wi-Fi - SearchforSolutionsOnline

Li-Fi 2
Li-fi: Wow that’s the term that is trending on Facebook from last one week.
In this article we are going to bring you guys a detailed overview of Li-fi Internet which is 100 times faster than Wi-Fi.
Li-Fi (Light Fidelity), a new technology promises connections up to 100 times faster than Wi-Fi. According to researchers, this new technology transmits high-speed data using visible light communication, which would reach speeds of 1 Gbps, which is about 100 times faster than a standard WiFi.

Invention:

Professor Harald Haas, from the university of Edingburgh, pioneered the technology and coined the term Li-fi in 2011. Deepak Solanki, CEO of Velmenni, said the technology could be roled out to consumers within the next three to four years.

Limitations & Advantages:

The speed is down to the way in which it transmits data -by using Visible Light Communication (VLC), data is sent between networks by LED lights that flicket incredibly fast. However, the technology has one major limitation – because it relies on visible light to work, it can’t pass through walls.

However, which makes the network much more secure. the dramatically increased speeds make it a big improvement on current technology for some applications as well.

Future:

Due to Li-fi’s limitations, it would be likely to run in parallel with existing technology to increase a network’s speed and efficiency. Li-fi could become much more widely used, especially if it’s transmitted through our light bulbs.

As Said by Haas ” All we need to do is fit a small microchip to ever potential illumination device and this would then combine two functionalities (1. Illumination & 2) wireless data transmission)”.

Here we go into the main theme of the article.
More than 17 million people have taken a quiz on facebook that displays their most-often used words in a sweet word cloud.
Which includes, “who are the hottest friends around you?” and “”what do people talk behind you?’, “what are your most used words on facebook?” is one of hundreds of quizzes, created by a South Korean company, that require facebook users to login, however online security experts are now calling this practice a privacy nightmare.
A blog post on security website comparitech zeros in on the word’s quiz because it asks for access to different aspects of a user’s profile, including what’s listed on public profiles and friends lists.
The app also scrapes data from a user’s FB timeline to create the final word cloud.
The problem is that the quiz’s store the data for an unlimited amount of time on servers throughout the world and with third parties. These are
However, the curators of the quiz says, “These are some false rumours. We dont really get any meaningful information when people use our apps and when they share it on their walls, it really doesn’t have much information about them”.
So, friends its our suggestion for you to think before taking any surveys.
Have a great secured day ahead :)

Windows Ver.1
Windows 1.0 was released on November 20, 1985, as the first version of the Microsoft Windows line. It runs as a graphical, 16-bit multi-tasking shell on top of an existing MS-DOS installation, providing an environment which can run graphical programs designed for Windows, as well as existing MS-DOS software. Its development was spearheaded by the company founder, Bill Gates, after seeing a demo of a similar software suite known as Visi On at COMDEX.

  • Composite video and reset headers

Technical Specifications of Raspberry Pi Zero

  • CPU: Broadcom BCM2835, which can run at up to 1GHz.
  • RAM: 512MB
  • Power: 5V, supplied via micro USB connector, drawing 160mA (even when connected to an HD display).
  • Dimensions: 65mm x 30mm x 5mm
  • Video & Audio: 1080P HD video output. Audio output via mini-HDMI connector.

Raspberry - 3

Inputs and Outputs of Raspberry Pi Zero

  • MicroSD Card Slot: The Pi Zero gets its storage space from a MicroSD card, which you’ll need to install the operating system on.
  • Mini HDMI: Video output for the Pi Zero is by way of a mini-HDMI connector. In terms of their operation, these connectors perform identically to their larger versions. N.B. A mini-HDMI to standard HDMI adapter is included with the Pi Zero from element14.
  • Micro USB: You’ll notice there are two micro USB connectors on the Pi Zero. One is for data (the connector on the left, if the MicroSD card slot is on the left), and one is for power. Don’t get them mixed up. A micro USB “On the Go” to USB adapter is included with the Pi Zero from element14 so you can connect a USB hub, and therefore all your peripherals (keyboard, mouse etc).
  • GPIO: The Pi Zero has the same 40 pin General Purpose Input/Output connections as the Model A+, B+ and RPi2, but the connector pins are unpopulated. So if you want to use the GPIO, you’ll either have to solder the required pins in place, or solder your connections directly to the Pi Zero.
  • RUN Mode Pins: There are two unpopulated RUN mode pins, which can be used to connect a reset button to the Pi Zero. Again, you’ll either have to add the pins yourself, or solder a button straight to the board.
  • Composite Video: Here’s an interesting one. There’s an RCA composited video output via two (unpopulated) pins, so you can hook the Pi Zero up to older display equipment that accepts a phono plug as an input. You can check out the RCA video output in use in our Raspberry Pi Zero Retro Gaming System project right here.
